I buy card sets and flip them as a side interest, but not my angels. Those I keep and prize and show off and occasionally, whip out to stomp on a dream or two. When this set was announced, there were several complaints from co-occupants in the room about the ear-piercing squeals.NO ONE is going to sell this set for the MSRP price. If they do, take a very close look at the cards. That being said, this is a gonga price. I fully expected to pay $100 easily. While different cards from different sets are priced differently, a regular Avacyn in NM condition can be purchased for a median price of $30.00 and a foil for $85.00, but I'm being very conservative. Iona: regular is $18.00, foil is $65.00. Baneslayer Angel: $13.00 for regular and $38.00 for foil, and so forth. As far as the value as a set goes, FtV: Exiled is priced at $350 in some places. The cheapest set at the site I commonly use for trading and the like is FtV: Annihilation priced at $74.99.So everyone who is writing negative reviews because this company, like EVERY SINGLE OTHER SELLER is NOT pricing this set according to MSRP, feel free to readjust your reviews; it is the hallmark of intelligence to be able to change an opinion once better informed. The MSRP wouldn't even cover the price of a decent-condition Avacyn. These cards are positively lovely. The set arrived promptly without a scratch or dent. I was ecstatic at the price, and I would be happy to do business with Legends Comix and Games again.
